Professor Umit S. Ozkan is awarded for her transformative service to the field of catalysis through her cutting-edge research, leadership, mentorship, and community-building.

Her sustained contributions to NACS and the broader catalysis community spanning over many decades have fostered cross-society collaboration, elevated standards for scholarship, and expanded participation across the field.
