2026 Annual Meeting of the Pacific Coast Catalysis Society

The 2026 Annu­al Meet­ing of the Pacif­ic Coast Catal­y­sis Soci­ety will be held on Sep­tem­ber 12–13, 2026, at Ore­gon State Uni­ver­si­ty in Cor­val­lis, Ore­gon. Co-orga­nized by Assis­tant Pro­fes­sor Lucas Ellis and Asso­ciate Pro­fes­sor Kon­stan­ti­nos Goulas of OSU’s School of Chem­i­cal, Bio­log­i­cal, and Envi­ron­men­tal Engi­neer­ing, this annu­al region­al meet­ing brings togeth­er catal­y­sis researchers from across the Pacif­ic Coast for two days of talks, posters, and networking.

The pro­gram will fea­ture invit­ed pre­sen­ta­tions from lead­ers in the field along­side a poster ses­sion high­light­ing work from grad­u­ate stu­dents, post­docs, and ear­ly-career researchers across acad­e­mia, nation­al labs, and indus­try. Research will span het­ero­ge­neous, homo­ge­neous, electro‑, and pho­to­catal­y­sis, with appli­ca­tions rang­ing from ener­gy and sus­tain­abil­i­ty to chem­i­cal man­u­fac­tur­ing and plas­tics circularity.

Day 1 (Sat­ur­day, Sep­tem­ber 12): A full day of oral pre­sen­ta­tions by emerg­ing, mid-career, and estab­lished researchers in the field, fol­lowed by a stu­dent and post­doc poster ses­sion with net­work­ing reception.

Day 2 (Sun­day, Sep­tem­ber 13): Ven­dor work­shops show­cas­ing the lat­est catal­y­sis instru­men­ta­tion and capabilities.

We encour­age stu­dents, post­docs, and researchers work­ing in catal­y­sis to sub­mit abstracts and join us in Cor­val­lis. Spon­sor­ship oppor­tu­ni­ties are also avail­able for orga­ni­za­tions inter­est­ed in sup­port­ing catal­y­sis research and train­ing the next gen­er­a­tion of scientists.
