The 2025 PCCS Meet­ing will take place at the Uni­ver­si­ty of British Colum­bia in Van­cou­ver, BC, on Sep­tem­ber 6–7, 2025. Co-chaired by Pro­fes­sors Chester Upham and Eric Lees, this annu­al region­al event brings togeth­er catal­y­sis researchers from across the Pacif­ic Coast for two days of sci­en­tif­ic exchange and networking.

The meet­ing will feature:

  • Invit­ed talks from lead­ing researchers
  • Poster ses­sions high­light­ing grad­u­ate stu­dent and post­doc­tor­al research
  • A Catal­y­sis Crash Course on Sun­day, Sep­tem­ber 7, designed for grad­u­ate stu­dents and postdocs

Ses­sions will spot­light emerg­ing areas in catal­y­sis, including:

  • Elec­tro­chem­i­cal transformations
  • Advanced char­ac­ter­i­za­tion techniques
  • Con­tin­u­um- and mol­e­c­u­lar-scale modeling
  • In situ and operan­do studies

We encour­age stu­dents, post­docs, and fac­ul­ty work­ing in catal­y­sis to sub­mit abstracts and par­tic­i­pate in the meeting.
